Do I have to be a studied artist to list my artworks?

Yes, we only list artworks by artists that have studied art. 

Why should I use ARTPIQ to list my artworks?

We want to promote your art in the best way possible. That is why we carefully select all artists we work with. In this way we make sure that your artworks are placed next to works by other amazing talents. We furthermore not only provide capital through sales but also  marketing and access to a wide range of offline pop-up projects & artist residencies.  

How do I value my art?

Our in-house experts will help you to best value your art.

How does shipping work?

The artists are responsible for safely packaging their works. We provide a guideline on how to do so. Shipping is paid by the collector and organized by ARTPIQ. We work with FedEx as well as professional art shippers. 

How much commission does ARTPIQ take?

For each sale we take a commission of 40%. 

How can I apply as an artist?

How long does the delivery of the artwork take?

The delivery of your artwork depends on the country you live in. We want to make sure your artwork reaches you safe and sound, so we estimate 4-5 working days. 

Can I meet the artist?

If you want to meet the artist, please get in touch. ARTPIQ organises events where collectors can meet and speak to the artist.

What if I don't like the artwork that I have just ordered?

You have the right to return your artwork within 14 days after receipt. Get in touch with us and we will take care of the rest!

What if I am not sure about purchasing an artwork without seeing it in real life?

No problem! We can arrange a private view or studio visit with the artist or create a mock-up of the artwork in your home to help you visualize it. Read more about our services for collectors here

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, definitely! You can either use Klarna at the checkout or contact us if you'd like to pay in installments and we'll create an individual installment plan for you.

Can I buy art as a company?

Definitely! Art is a very valuable asset for many companies e.g. due to its proven beneficial influence on employees. You can also request artworks for your company event - read more about it here

Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

Artworks are professionally packaged by us or the artist. Packaging and delivery method will vary according to the type of work. Shipping is free for any artwork. 

RETURNS

If you are a customer living in the European Union, the legal return period is 14 days after receipt of your order. Please note that returns are only possible if in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. If you want to return an item please contact us via info@artpiq.net first. Please note that you cannot return the artwork without contacting us beforehand, as in this case the artwork will not be insured. ARTPIQ is not responsible for any damages or loss occurring through unauthorised return shipping and will in this case not be able to release your refund.
